The Center for Research and Development is a leading innovation center in the wood processing and furniture manufacturing sector in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Located in Gradiška, the Center provides advanced technical services to companies in the wood processing industry through the "Gradiška - City of Wood" project funded by the European Union and the Federal Republic of Germany.

The Center offers specific and clearly defined technical services focused on digitalization and modernization of the wood processing industry. Their services include product design, 3D modeling, 3D scanning of existing products, product prototype development, and CAD/CAM preparation. Additionally, the Center provides professional furniture photography services as well as employee education and training.

The Center for Research and Development positions Gradiška with its neighboring municipalities as a leader in furniture design and development. Their mission is to provide constant support to enterprises in the wood processing sector through the application of the most modern ICT technologies and solutions. The goal is to enable improvement of production portfolios and competitiveness in domestic and foreign markets.
